• Accessible parking is available in the Adler Planetarium lot located off of Lynn White Drive. Vehicles must prominently display the proper tags.
• Two ATMs are located to your left, inside the main gates.

• While there is no specific dress code requirement, we do require our guests to be fully dressed, including shoes.
• Tickets for any events at the Charter One Pavilion are non-refundable.
• Special needs seating is available for guests with disabilities and up to one companion at all price levels. We recommend that you purchase your tickets as early as possible. All ticket purchases are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 48 hours after a show has sold out, unsold accessible seats will be released for general public purchase. Special needs patrons may call the administration line at (312) 540-2668 on the day of show for any additional information. Ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, misrepresentation of a disability and/or the production and use of counterfeit or stolen tickets to AVMT events.
• First aid is located just to the East of the main ticket gates. If you need any assistance locating the nearest first aid station, or require immediate medical attention, ask any member of the staff throughout the venue.
• Disposable or digital cameras without a flash are allowed when approved by the artist. For shows where cameras are prohibited, guests will be asked to return them to their car. Subject to artist approval and varies by event. Please call on the show day for more information
• Items not allowed in this venue include: lawn chairs, laser pointers, fireworks, sparklers, aerosol spray, Frisbees, footballs, baseballs, baseball mitts, wallet chains, spiked jewelry, knives, weapons, pepper spray, signs larger than 12'x12', camelbacks, cans, glass bottles and any beverage other than water.
• Security is located throughout all areas of the venue including the parking lots. If you require assistance, please notify any of the staff members and they will be able to get in touch with the Security Staff.
• Generally, re-entry to the venue after exiting is not permitted. For special circumstances, please visit a Guest Services representative.
• The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) offers direct bus service that connects to Charter One Pavilion. The bus service routes to Metro stations and all CTA train lines. For more information on CTA train lines visit http://www.chicagotransitauthority.com/maps/systemmaps.html or call the Regional Transportation Authority at (312) 836-7000 for convenient stations near Charter One Pavilion. A great way to tour Chicago is the City of Chicago's free trolley system. The trolley connects to the Museum Campus and Charter One Pavilion until 6:00 p.m. daily. The trolleys will not be able to return you downtown after the show, so please plan your trip accordingly. • Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office, located just to the left of the main gates. You must present photo identification, confirmation number, and the credit card the tickets were purchased with.

• Five restrooms are located in the North plaza, inside the main gates. Three additional facilities are located in the South plaza.
• Items allowed in this venue include: extra clothing, blankets, food n small soft-sided coolers, small picnic baskets, or zip lock bags, factory sealed plastic bottle of water (one per person, max. one liter) small backpacks, non-professional and disposable cameras. Note: These guidelines are subject to change.
• The main concession stand, located on the North end of the venue, offers Buona's Italian beef sandwiches, Connie's Pizza, burger, fries and more. Smaller food and beverage carts are located throughout the facility.
• Tailgating is not allowed in any parking lot or parking facility around the venue.
• Guests are required to show a proper identification to receive a wristband outside the venue. Wristbands will not be accessible inside the venue.

  I-55 to the Stevenson Expressway, Northbound to Lake Shore Drive/Highway 41 North. Take Lake Shore Drive north to the 18th Street exit. Follow signs to Adler Planetarium and Burnham Harbor.

  I-290 to the Eisenhower Expressway, east to Congress Parkway. Congress Parkway to Columbus Drive. Turn right and take Columbus Drive south to the 18th Street Exit. Follow signs to Adler Planetarium and Burnham Harbor.
  
  From the North/Northwest:
  I-90/94 E, exit Lake Shore Drive North / 22nd Street Exit. Stay to the right and exit to Lake Shore Drive. Take Lake Shore Drive/Highway 41 north to the 18th Street Exit. Follow signs to Adler Planetarium and Burnham Harbor.
• For most performances, babies in arms (infants up to two years of age) may enter free of charge. All other children must have a ticket.
• Camping is not permitted at this venue.
